About Southern Dallas Link

Southern Dallas Link was founded to bridge the gap between underserved communities and the resources they need to thrive. Through sponsored transportation and expanding access initiatives, we’re working to create a more connected, equitable future—starting in Dallas and growing across Texas.

Meet The Team

"If you know whence you came, there is really no limit to where you can go."

— James Baldwin, Notes of a Native Son

Our Story

Southern Dallas Link was founded in 2015 by Curtis Corbins with one mission: to make resources more accessible for underserved communities in South Dallas. It began with a focus on seniors—ensuring they could safely reach medical appointments, grocery stores, and community events.

Since then, our work has grown to support veterans, job seekers, and youth across the DFW metroplex. Though we don’t operate transportation ourselves, we proudly sponsor rides and promote access to essential services through partnerships, programs, and community-driven initiatives

Our Mission

Our Mission

Southern Dallas Link exists to reduce barriers for underserved communities by sponsoring transportation and promoting access to essential resources.

We are committed to building a future where every person—regardless of age, income, or zip code—can reach the opportunities that help them live, work, and thrive.

Our Vision

We envision a future where Southern Dallas Link operates across communities simultaneously—sponsoring transportation, coordinating outreach, and expanding access to life-changing resources.

As we grow, we’re building partnerships with mental health providers, summer programs, job training centers, and more—creating a connected network of support that removes barriers and meets people where they are.

Our goal isn’t just to help people get there. It’s to make sure that when they arrive, the resources they need are waiting.
